Popular Indigenous-owned social enterprise and fashion brand House of Darwin has officially opened its new flagship store in the heart of Darwin's CBD.

Created to be more than just a retail store, the new space is an experience that pays homage to the Northern Territory's breathtaking natural beauty and the rugged landscapes of the Top End.

Every element within the new store reflects the textures and colours of the Larrakia region, grounding visitors in the essence of this extraordinary land.

Designed with a deep connection to place, the store space is entirely handcrafted by talented local makers, showcasing the skill and artistry of the Top End community.

House of Darwin founder, Shaun Edwards, shared his excitement about the flagship store's opening.

"At House of Darwin, our mission has always been to honour the stories, spirit, and landscapes of the Northern Territory," Edwards said.

"The store is an extension of that vision — a space where locals and visitors alike can feel the heartbeat of this land and connect with its incredible community.

The Store features a bold, all-red aesthetic that comes to life in a unique way.

By day, the red rich hues and natural textures immerse visitors in the warmth of the Territory's iconic landscapes and by night, the store transforms into a glowing beacon, a striking presence in Darwin's vibrant cityscape.

At its core, House of Darwin is a community-driven love letter to the Territory, shared with the world.

Striving to create adventure-ready apparel built for unconventional paths, the business has grown a cult following amongst both the Indigenous community and the broader Australian public.
