First Nations fashion collective Ngali has made Australian history this year as the first Indigenous designer to host a standalone show during fashion week, as Ngali's designer Denni Francisco paves a pathway for First Nations Designers.

Ngali's 2023 collection, which debuted on Wednesday, is titled Murriyang, meaning 'skyworld' in the Wiradjuri language.

Most of the collection consisted of light soft colours of whites and blues.
