Celebrated for their cultural twist on contemporary childrens and womenswear, First Nations brand Amber Days has announced that after almost seven years of trading the brand will be closing its doors.
Taking to Instagram to make the announcement, Amber Days founder, designer and proud Yorta Yorta and Boonwurrung woman, Corina Muir said that although she is sad to see this chapter end she is immensely grateful for all the love and support she has received along the way.
"Hello beautiful community, I'm writing today with such sadness, but also full with so much gratitude for the last 6 almost 7 years. It has come the time where we announce the closure of Amber Days," she said.
"Although I am so sad to close something that is so much more than a business, I am also just so grateful for everything this small business has given me over the years and for the beautiful supportive community this little business has created.
"For the last few weeks that we trade we are having a huge closing down sale. This is your final chance to get some Amber days pieces and to support our small business."

From launching multiple collections, to participating at many Fashion Week's and Festivals, Muir grew the brand for years.
Strongly influenced by her daughter Sapphire and a passion for sustainablity, Muir was always eager to create a brand with an impact positive to not only the consumer, but the planet. Living a sustainable and meaningful life directly transferred to her creative practice and played a significant part in the brand's success.

Being a single mother, Muir also used Amber Days as a platform to influence and inspire other single mothers.
